I had bad experience in Honda Alam Damai too. Their branch has small estate so most of their cars are parked outside. Nobody came out to serve me after 10 minutes even when there's no customers inside. When I approach the branch manager he say if I don't enter how is he suppose to know what I want. And yes, they can see me looking at Civic from inside.

Such arrogance.

Is it just me or the red Civic looks classier compared to other colors on display. I didn't expect that I'll like that red.

Guys urgently need your opinion on this.

1. Does it matter on which SA I book the car from? Let's say A recommended by a friend while B offer better discount.

2. Does SA after sales service matter? Or I just need to go to a service centre that is credible if the SA not helping.

3. I can service my car at any Honda SC if its under warranty right?
