SA said there are possibilities Honda might reduced the price for 1.5T Premium to rm133k upon launching

But looking at 1.5 T premium, we are close to Thai Rs specs. Despite missing honda Lanewatch, black out chrome bar and spoiler, we gain rear aircond. The rest is about the same as RS.

But the Malaysia model is missing some bells and whistles from the Thai model, so I guess it is about right.

I just got my hands on full specs for 1.8 variant. You will be surprised if u see what's honda has to offer for baseline specs. Even 1.8 comes with vsa, 6 airbags, emergency stop signal, autocruise control, handsfree  telephone, rear aircond vent, auto headlights, auto aircond, 7 inch lcd, 8 way power seat, led drl, smart entry, remote engine start, autowalk away lock and reverse camera. Seriously can't even call it basic anymore

Rear aircond is standard. My SA test drove the car last week. No info for car play. Didn't ask. But we get Hdmi to mirror our phone on screen. I prefer that over carplay coz CarPlay don't support waze. And yes no spoiler and blackout chrome bar. Maybe they will sell as accessories.

Just went to visit the Civic. SA there told me the clear side marker is actually lane departure warning feature that will blink when there's a car approaching too close. Inside, driver will be notified/warned on instruments cluster lcd.

Anyone have any idea how long is the current waiting period from their SA?

What u mean cheap? I think the interior is much higher quality that the rubbish Vios. And its better than the City. A lot of soft touch materials even on the 1.8L variant.

I was quite impressed with the general interior quality, the rear legroom and the comfort of the seats. Even though it was fabric, but the seats inclination and comfort was quite good.

Overall, im very impressed with the car and the specs on offer. For only RM113K+ OTR, the 1.8L is very good value.

People always have something to say about anything. They even complained plastic button at steering wheel feels like plastic. Lol.This car interior even won Wards Auto's 10 best premium interior. Still for some this interior is cheapo look. So it is true when the new HM CEO says they had customised the car according to our high expectation demands. Really demanding😂
