got scammed by seller (not agent )

it's my fault for not properly read the S&P before singing

house already completed in nov 2022.

so my house considered subsale.

fking agent said it's not subsale house

seller verbally told me that there is warranty period for home 1 year
but i never checked in s&p before signed the document.

after defect inspection ,there is hollowness in car porch and dining hall.
also there is uneven plastering all over the house

passed the defect report to seller.seller asked to pass the document to developer general manager

developer dont wanna repair it.saying once bought ,i already accepted the condition as it is.

fucking seller wanna push the blame to the developer
the seller is the developer's director son

yeah i know im so stupid for not properly read the s&p
cant believe how stupid i am for not properly read the s&p

Not sure if warranty can be carried forward to a new buyer since very few cases people buy and sell within one year.

Did your lawyer check your document and alert you? Did you hire your own lawyer?

I bought the house from developer .the seller represent the developer .so the s&p between me and the developer

Using developer own lawyer was another my stupid mistake

Old school lawyer did use same s&p probably for past few years

Without dlp mentioned in s&p no way I can bring this to tribunal
Dumshit seller lied to me.

cry.gif

The developer is Pel***** . Anyone knows if I can possibly email their HQ ? Thinking wanna report to HQ

The downside of residing in east coast state

I think at this juncture the best you can do is to hopefully see if there is still developer's defect team in the premise

if yes, then its entirely up to the developer to decide whether they want to help out or not

whereas for the seller, did the seller in anyway involved in your s&p process? otherwise i don't think you have enough evidence to bring to tribunal or lodge complain for a fact

just my uninformed best guess 2cents

im not really sure there is even defect team in this developer.

i believe everything is being subbed into subcontractor .typical bumi style.

as in this state 99% are bumi ( me myself a bumi)

involved as if his name in the s&p? nope.his name is not there
only developer's name .

i guess need to accept the fate .lodging formal complaint via sispa is my last resort as i have emailed this developer's hq .they asked me to sispa.they even shocked that my s&p DLP is not mentioned..
tho not prefer doing this as im not keen to have enemies in my life.

Yes, i meant his name in s&p as witness / agent etc

sorry to hear that bro, i guess you really have to go through with formal procedures

but that is not your fault in the first place, you are just honoring your rights

hopefully all turns out well in the end for you

oo hmm no.no his name in s&p

thanks bro.

im so stupid not properly inspect this house before singing s&p

at least bring second or third person to share his oponion
