Hi all, I read an article in PropertyGuru mentioned that the DLP under HDA are 24 months after VP/received the key.

Can I check if I purchase a completed unit (e.g., The project was completed a year ago) from the developer, they also must provide the new buyer with 24 months DLP period? Or the DLP period starts once the project is completed and ready to VP? Mean if a new buyer buy it a year later after the project is completed, they only entitled to 1 year DLP?

Thanks. I read an article, DLP is not mandatory after the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC).
