May I know if developer can ask you to "give up" the defect warranty?
Is it against the HDA?

For example, once you started the renovation, and you have to sign a form that you agree that everything will not cover under defect warranty period, regardless of it's related or non related to the renovation work.

How if I realize the windows is leaking when heavy rain after a year of usage? no longer can claim for defect？

Says some wiring job for additional socket points and cabinet installation.

But the they r asking my concent to void the entire defect coverage even if it's not related to my renovation work.
