Hi guys,

Understood if we cancel UBER after 5 mins, they will charge us RM5. But they usually will refund back the money as credits in your account, if you request for refund.

For the next trip, they will deduct your credit. Let say your trip is Rm20, they will deduct the Rm5, then they charge Rm15.

I had a trip where I want the receipt of the actual fare for claim purpose. But the receipt I received was the one that has deducted my credit. Where should I email to, to ask for actual receipt?
