Honestly speaking, I only use grab for the very 1st months. I think this really a good platform for riders. I fully understand drivers need the fares too but if you step into riders perceptions, lately I guess its already run abit from its initial objective in which provide a better competition to taxi services.

Given the pricing or rate now, no doubt its still outperform taxi service, but what I noticed is some riders do receive higher fares compare to others. This happen when I went out with my colleague. I usually always get the highest fares among us. I suppose is the system loophole or what. But for the very beginning I was thinking they were just up the fare and give the code at the same time for our own good feeling. But I was wrong. LOL. I still don't know somehow I will got extra bucks.

But what I have to say I no matter what, this services is good. And I hope those drivers will not follow the taxi footsteps.
