I can certainly echo the comments above as I am now relying on uber to get me to work and home everyday. Except for the long waiting time during peak hours which is understandable, I have no negative comments on these services

Hi any of you guys here having problem with grab app lately?
My default payment was always grab pay, somehow just now during the trip it changes to cash and I was told by the driver to pay him. I used the promo code for the ride but it appears in his app that I have to pay him. To avoid any hassle, I just pay and now waiting for GRAB to rectify the issue. Luckily I did screenshot that during ride, the payment was changed to cash somehow. |

What a scam lol. Received a promo code that says book a ride first with GRAB4. After that, you'll unlock a promo code for RM7 x 8 rides. It's been 3 days. Nothing.

Alright rectified.
I was shocked too as the driver pressed the drop off in front of me using his app and it was clearly cash. However kudos to this honest driver who came back and refund this evening for ride taken in the morning. So far Grab has done nothing or even replied to my email. So case solved. I hope this will informed us customer that sometime things like this may happen. Thank you also for all replies I had from you guys |

Im having problem with grabpay. My payment method defaulted to cash even though i put credit card earlier. So register again credit card and will it deduct another rm1 for registration? I need to pay for the driver cos i took the ride without paying lol cos i thot i used credit card but stated cash. Any idea how to track back the driver to pay the amount?
