By limiting the redemption, user will have no choice but to use Grab as first choice if they wanna use the promo.

i have successfully insert the POKEBOWL code but, requesting many times, NO CARS AVAILABLE.....as such, i declared......got code also no use, cos UBER no drivers.....

Some platinum riders will get a free gift from Grab. Uber thinks they can beat Grab by throwing out tonnes of promos. Grab took a more personalized approach to rewards their loyal riders. At the end, we know who won.

Uber is generous in giving out promos. But lack of drivers, app that is not user friendly, price that is not fixed (I heard from a driver la, not sure how true as I have not encountered this before) are killing their business
