Hi,may I ask on below

1) Incase travelling to country which has Uber or Grab,how can we know if the local country is having any promo code?

2) If Grab now is Silver,lacking 1000 point to become Gold.If use up some point for RM5/RM10 redemption,does it mean need to accumulate back the redemption point + 1000 point,then only can qualify for Gold?
Meaning if already close to level upgrade,better don't use up the point first?
