Thanz U need to root your phone and install xposed framework to alter your phone os before u can install another app that allow u to changed it. It is a very complicated process and need some basic understanding of android system or u may risk breaking your phone if u do something wrong. U may also expose your phone to some security risks if u dont know what u r doing. Google is your best friend if u need a detail. |

When I went overseas I had to cancel too many rides and got blocked. Changed phone number and email. Logout, login, and Grab think i am new user. After come back Malaysia, I couldn't change my account back. It was still registered to the overseas phone number, which is gone case already. Raised ticket to grab multiple times and they said sorry, it's gone. Now I'm back to normal user and all my points are gone. |
