Anyone know how Grab reward pts are counted?

Is Grab pay available in msia? Or it is non existence..

I am trying to maximize the rewards points.
Is paying with grab wallet compare to credit card that is link to grab.. any difference between this 2?
because i tot Grab tried to encourage ppl to use their Grab wallet, so paying with that can earn more points? But apparently i can be wrong.

But still dont really understand how the points are counted.

Always travel the same distance, same pick up point and drop off point, same payment method,etc.
But seems sometimes can get higher rewards, some normal.
How is it calculated, and how can i maximize it?
