BUT, nowadays, the term OEM has "expanded". When people produce an imitate to an original product, they called it OEM instead of fake. Lots of so called OEM nowadays are simply copycat who imitate the design of other successful products. Some are good because it was the OEM factories themselves that curi curi manufacture those items without securing a contract (paying royalty) with let's say Apple. Some are simply bad because they only imitate the outer look, the actual inner stuffs are totally not the same thing.
