Wow, today just experienced the legendary Ninja Van delivery for the first time! Truly remarkable experience. They sent someone who is totally unfamiliar with my town (Ipoh) to deliver the item i bought from Laz. Received a call from them telling me they can't reach my place because my address can't show up on their Waze app, so they don't know the directions. Ended up i wasted close to one hour to guide them steps by steps because they can't even recognize major street names and landmark buildings. There i thought Lazada Express is already the worst because of lack of tracking number so doesn't know when will they show up for delivery. Yet this Ninja van is even crazier, they send people who are not familiar with the place to deliver your item. Topkek Ninja van service. Next time I really need to think twice before purchasing items sold and fulfilled by Lazada themselves.
