How to claim missing cashback from shopback?

MAde 4 purchases on 22nd but only 2 got RM18 cashback.

im very confident i did it correctly, and both purchases are more than RM44.

Edit : somehow cannot choose date 22 or 23 feb (pending 48 hours tracking period)

i notice everytime i used android Lazada app to purchase my cashback is not reflected in my account, unlike from iPhone.

i use same method but purchasing ffrom iOS immediately cashback detected within 2 hours.

did the right steps but still not counted on shopback. i even did experiment bought same thing, same time from both iPhone & OnePlus One but then only one cashback is reflected in my account.

did some reservation on both Agoda and Booking.com at end of January, only Agoda cashback is redeemable. Booking.com is still in pending state. different only 2-3 days only. hmm.gif

Only yesterday lazada app cashback was RM12 now back to RM10.
