Get home hair treatment products or go for hair treatment. Google up on home made/organic treatments also. Plenty of them everywhere on the internet.

What is the damage? Due to?
There's no harm in washing your hair every day. Use a good shampoo for that. Conditioner after shampoo. During this steps, untangle your hair, it's easier... Harder during shampoo time, don't force else hair will break. Serum/hair oil after hair is almost dry. Dont rub wet hair with towel, blot dry. Do hair treatment once a while for maintenance, at home or saloon. If damaged due to chemical, best advice is cut off damaged part. BTW, I have long healthy hair, wash almost everyday, swim twice a week at least. Colour my hair like maybe once a year? |

Like I say, if from chemical treatment, best to cut it off.Trim off split ends, no harm drying hair with hair dryer, don't use too hot the heat though.blow dry till slightly damp only then apply hair serum to ends... Be more proactive in doing hair mask treatment at home. |

Agree with one of the user here, just cut it off.
I blow dry my hair everyday but I will put some heat protectant spray before blow drying it, and I often use the setting which is not too hot! Remember to always use some cool air at the end |

QUOTE(Desugan @ Feb 1 2016, 10:31 PM) Coconut oil. Heat a small amount and massage on your ends. Do not touch your scalp if your scalp is oily.If your scalp is oily, you might have to wash your hair everyday. Use a deep conditioning treatment. Magic? Regular mayonnaise. Small amount. Make sure to wash properly afterward though. I have wavy/ curly hair that needs washing everyday because of an oily scalp. coconut oil keeps the ends nice and soft. Never have had split ends in my life. One more thing; Limit the use of heat tools. If you really need to bow dry- low heat, high air setting followed by cool air when you're done. QUOTE(Cherryx @ Feb 8 2016, 01:40 AM) Hi! Can u recommend me the most affordable hair shampoo? My hair is straight but it looks so frizzy(mini hairs popping out)...normally after hair wash it looks really dry... affordable shampoo such as matrix or SP for daily use should be ok.. try look for smoothing shampoo instead of hydra/moisture because it's simply richer which will provide heavier result for your hair.. unless u have got curly hair.. as in natural curly hair.. than u can choose either smoothing or moisture.. individual frizzy hair better go for smoothing shampoo=) oh and by the way.. some affordable shampoo is not recommended for stand alone use.. which mean must combine with conditioner.. like matrix is not recommended using with shampoo only.. it doesn't really provide smooth result.. unless u willing to pay more for your shampoo than u might able to skip conditioner.. and there's one more shampoo called Obsidian that one is typically affordable stand alone product.. can try the one called CUTICLE CARE shampoo which is purple color bottle.. quite satisfy with the result for myself=)This post has been edited by popper: Feb 12 2016, 11:53 AM |

For the coconut oil, after applying, do you wash it off after a while? Or you use it as a leave-in moisturizer? If your scalp is oily, you might have to wash your hair everyday. My scalp is oily so I wash everyday and my hair is thick so I need to use hair drying to blow dry (but on healthy mode or something lol) so my hair tends to get very dry at the ends. I use those leave-in moisturizer when I remember to use. But I don't think it helps much. |

Hey girls, just read that some of you have oily scalp and dry hair. I sort of have the same issue (dye too many times) and I also do have oily scalp. I resorted to using clarifying shampoo, but I realised that it also dries out my hair. I only use it when it's really really oily and only on my scalp.
Right now, I'm just using johnson's baby shampoo. I'm currently residing in a country which is quite dry, and I have to wash my hair everyday due to my oily scalp. But I noticed after using baby shampoo, my hair can go 2 days without washing! Could be that normal shampoo dries out my scalp and it overcompensates by producing more oil. (Even my fringe doesn't get oily) I also think that baby shampoo isn't as strong so it won't dry out the hair that much since it's formulated for babies, right? I hope this helps someone! |

Only the hair, do not put any on the scalp. My hair is thick too, and wavy/ curly so I had to always worry about frizz and dryness. Until I started using the oils and deep moisturising treatments and most importantly, the correct shampoo. My scalp is oily so I wash everyday and my hair is thick so I need to use hair drying to blow dry (but on healthy mode or something lol) so my hair tends to get very dry at the ends. I use those leave-in moisturizer when I remember to use. But I don't think it helps much. Leave conditioner works, but it has to be a really good one. The ones in the pharmacy are mostly lousy. You're probably better off paying a bit more for the salon brands or the imported ones. |
