Hi, I'm shocked when received notification from ocbc that my monthly installment will be increase by RM100. I referred to the BLR http://www.baserate.co/ , all banks' BLR is 6.85 but why ocbc & uob raise their BLR to 6.92 & 6.95? I thouhgt it suppose to be the same for all banks and control by BNM?

It's still within the limit allowed by BNM. So no problem for thrm to do that.

If installment remain the same.. The tenure to finish the loan will extend. I think, Normally banks will uncrease the monthly loan repayment amount..
