If you want to compare now and last time then there is no point of arguing with you.

so whats the diff last time and now?

Back then pirated console and games were rampant not many consumer understood about buying original. Not many shop carries original software and not much appreciation. Back then original software ranged under RM200 where it is considered alot of stuff you can buy.

Now spending power is higher, awareness of original product is here. People can easily afford few thousand ringgit stuff to use, most shop now carrying original software because of consumer purchasing power. At most now software ranged between RM200-300 depends on the title. At least if you dont want to purchase a brand new game you can always go for second hand title. Or some discounts from digital software.

Do you think Sony will officially launched their Playstations at our local retail price if the locals doesn't support the original scene? Back then PS2 is imported. Heck even Nintendo product now we'll have MMsoft support locally (not sure if still have or not).

Just my 2 cent.

Hoping for Switch Pro. Most likely besides some new titles comig out this year, they will also focus on Zelda and Mario's anniversary stuff.

I think no Switch Pro in short time? Otherwise, Mario, Monster Hunter Switch version will be sell badly.
Maybe announce new Pokemon game.

Most likely will be Zelda Anniversary stuff.. for sure BoTW 2 will confirm come out when and etc.. also maybe a new game and port. Others could be Monster Hunter gameplay, Bravely Default 2 gameplay and etc.. besides Smash.

Project Triangle Strategy looks interesting.

I want to play back "Legend Of Mana".

So tecnically buy a NS to enjoy most of the zelda series. So convenient for new players.

Very interesting. A lot seems jrpg focused game as well which is nice.

Is a good game tbh. From their old handheld title to the vintage consoles title. Missed those time when i got time to play zelda especially twilight princess and skyward sword. Ocarina of time is nostalgic for me as well. Imagine a 8-bit console with mono speaker can make wonderful tune from the instrument. Eargasm!!!!

when i'm about to buy a NS, now i read there will be a pro version coming out around year end. Now i have to hold my urge to buy NS, except 2nd hand is quite cheap, probably RM800 or lower i'll consider

Just by looking at next year releaae and still no mention of botw 2 or MK9. No Genshin news too, they probably tweaking the game for the new Switch as well.
