Lol people still pirating? People are buying games now la, just look at the amount of stuff being sold on and off. Only a small number still pirates, games aren't even that expensive this days, if you can't afford it on day 1, you can still buy them dirt cheap just for a few bucks on sale. Take Steam for example, while Nintendo games are harder to come by on discounts, but other 3rd party game still has deep discounts. I don't see why there is a need to pirate this days. All my friends also buys everything now.

Ask the Sunway branch if they have the accessories you want there or not. I'd get a pouch for the Switch, tempered glass, and that's it mostly. If you want a dedicated bag, then can get one from Hori I guess. If 3 hours of battery life isn't enough, most likely a good powerbank, that actually charges your Switch while playing.

Oh yeah 3 hours is for games like Zelda btw, it last longer for non power hungry games. Maybe 30min-2 hours more.

I use the hori all purpose bag. Bag looks like makeup bag lol. Just to carry around when I balik kampung. The official nintendo pouch, fits in the hori bag as well, a pro controllee if you are getting that accessory, hdmi, type c cable, the dock, fits in the bag. With earbuds and other smaller stuff you want to fit in. The official nintendo pouch has 5 game cartridge slots so you can put games in there. If buy OEM pouch you could probably have like 10 slots for game cartridges, but idk if it fits with the hori all in one bag. Basically that is what I use la.
