I'm a Chinese and I'm circumsized when I was 12. A few things to bear in mind. Your dick head will become less sensitive and eventually feel like any other skin. Your sexual satisfaction will drop compared to people who are uncircumcised. I know because I still remember how it felt like uncircumcised.
