I am reinforcing the fact that it's a myth that cleanliness has basis in circumcision. In fact, sexual pleasure isn't even necessarily better after circumcision, and considering that it is an irreversible process (and as you claim you won't know until it is removed), it's doubly important to separate facts from factoids, especially nonsense you say like "it's like appendix removal". It is not.
