Hi Maxis,

Currently I am using Maxis One Plan 158 with iphone contract of 20 months remaining.

I have to change to Maxis One Plan 188 Business under Corporate Individual.

My question - is there any termination charges incurred if I UPGRADE from Maxis One Plan 158 to Maxis One Plan 188 business?

Please advise accordingly soonest as possible.

I have spoken to your 123 customer service & livechat. Both told me that there will be penalty charges if I change from Maxis One Plan 158 to Maxis One Plan 188 Business.

It does not make any sense to me, according to them, there will not be any penalty charges IF I change from Maxis One Plan 158 to Maxis One Plan 188 (both consumer plan)

It is still an UPGRADE, which I choose to pay more for your services & planning to give more lines in through business plans. Yet you still wanted to charge me for penalty? Moreover, if I have chosen Maxis One Plan 188 Business, I would have pay lesser for the device!

I accept if you allow me to continue my remaining contract months but not penalty charges.

Maxis you have to understand that the reason why I am switching to business plan is because I need to port in few company lines so that I can manage my bills/usage and easier for me to manage according to your corporate plans.

However, if Maxis still remain to your decision on this matter then I should put all lines for other telco. Since there are very competitative market for you & more choices for us consumer.

Please advise soonest as possible.
