QUOTE(Yveatel @ Mar 24 2018, 09:17 PM) Just make sure drink lots of breast milk (or some water). And ensure the baby is not too high. Some baby jaundice due to breast milk, to make sure it is the reason, you can stop breast milk for a day or two, if it is really due to breast milk, the jaundice will subdue in 24 hours. Some pedi got no experience in breast milk jaundice, hence recommend more blood test etc. Baby can drink water? |

QUOTE(Yveatel @ Mar 25 2018, 01:45 PM) Nope, there is indeed breast milk related jaundice. Thanks for the advice... Depends, my pedi recommend a bit water (a spoon). Some Pedi say no. Another thing my newborn face looks very red.. is it normal? Or the baby very warm/hot.. baby currently sleep with mother, mother currently at home doing her confinement so cannot use aircond.. Any advice on this.. Thanks |
