usmc in my view, i can say that the nurse will have more time in taking care ur wife and baby as not many case in a day.lol.. the nurse is friendly too.

- normal big room (4 ppls per room).
- 3D2N.
- normal ceaser no extra.
- baby normal kuning but not UV.

When it comes to doctors, you got to go through a trial and error. We had Prof Ramesh but he is no longer with UMSC.

My 14 month old son start to refuse to sit on his car seat. Can share any tips on how to make him to sit his car seat?. We got a road trip coming up this weekend.

i ignore those cries. safety first. even though it is stressful to hear their scream and cries. untill they gotten used to it.

My son since after birth, the next day send him home till now 28 months old already get used to it. So better to start them young,

like powerbarr said, safety 1st.


Try to bring along his favorites toys or things so that he can play while u r driving. Most parents dun really agree on letting their kids watch cartoons, if u r ok, try to play his favorites cartoons, just get a phone or tab holder for him to watch. They will fall asleep after awhile, turn off after he fell asleep.

Do not let him eat too much of sweet stuff while travelling, they will vomit, fruits or etc.... a few pieces good enuf, hydrate him with water will do.

suddenly start to refuse? is the seat sized properly?

as others mentioned, my son knows if he isnt buckled in, no one is going anywhere. so far from birth till 5yo, never complained about his car seat.

First off, is the seat properly adjusted to his size? Are the belts rubbing him in an uncomfortable manner or has he outgrown the seat? Is the seat older or perhaps the padding worn off? This will be uncomfortable on him.

Are you dressing him up in something that makes him feel hot? Try to dress him up in something cooler and see if that does make a difference.

What are the usual arrangements? Is he seated at the rear while the mum sits in front or is he sitting together with other siblings? If he is sitting alone, try having the mum sit with him at the back.

If the problem comes when he is being belted in, try distracting him by giving him a toy and once belted in keep him company.

If he is asleep much of the journey then don't wake him up but if he remains awake stop every hour for 10 minutes and let him be outside the car and let him walk around a bit if it is safe for him to do so.

Has someone brought him in the car without needing to be in a seat before?

i got the same problem haha.. my daughter is a screamer and probably can scream for the whole journey

i tried to put the car seat in the room for her to familiarize, but she really don't even want to try to sit on it
