Hi,

Let say my financier already made full disbursement mid of January.
How long can the developer delay the VP?

One month period?

Technically speaking, the Developer can deliver vacant possession to you within the thirty six months from the date of the Sale and Purchase Agreement but they will not because usually by the time your financier has released the final disbursement of the facility. the thirty six months should be about lapse.

Call your developer up and they should tell you they are in the midst of calculating some payments for you to make during your collection of keys. There is no prescribed time but the generally accepted time period will be fourteen (14) working days from the date the Developer confirmed they have received the last disbursement, NOT the date your financier disbursed the final sum.
