Hi folks,

I just got the Mayflash USB WiFi Link for the DS/PSP, but I am having problems connecting to it.

I have installed and followed the instructions to the T, but have not smelt success yet. Keep on getting error 52100. Despite changing the IP address numerous times, I still can't connect.

I am currently connected to Streamyx via a USB ADSL modem, I have tried manually setting the IP and Gateway, etc, on the DS, to no avail and it's driving me nuts!

The prob is, it can connect to the AP but it can't connect to the server. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

did you change the options from station to access point?
And also, change the bridge adapter to another one?
*
Yeah, it is already AP, while the bridge adapter is currently my network card that isn't connected to any modem or router (since i'm using an ADSL USB modem)

No i mean at the bridge option. How many choices were you given?
*
Only two - "No bridge" or my network card...the manual told me to set the bridge to the n/w card

Yeap thats true.. If you shared the connection, change the bridge, change to Acess point.. Hmmm...

Did you set WEP accidently? And did you test connection? Whats the error 52100 stands for?
*
WEP is disabled, it is the "Test Connection" part that keeps on failing. Official dossier on Error 52100

Ok I've resetted my PC, changed the settings in the WiFi link to "Obtain IP addresses automatically" and now it works. Somehow it didn't the first time round... weird!

Anyways thanks guys! biggrin.gif
