when undang test during taking vehicle license oso got learn about this.
now go blame say no sign board, mean can park even line kuring? that line kuning, i mean the side of road, the line is very jelas to see what.... you should assume those cars gonna be clamped, NOT assume "can park coz other car no clamp".
in the end, 1 word, bodo.
