Think you need to keep calling them daily and push for an appointment. They used to have a 48 hour response time... Lately and sadly mine took 8 days... And they didn't even turn up. Only the TM representative turned up and fixed the problem. They have limited slots with TM staff every day apparently.
However I'm back up to full speed. So no complaints there...
