i got my MB with the same specs you mentioned (the one i'm using to reply this) about a month ago at RM 3,699

there's another shop selling at RM 3,599 now with freebies too, i think the price still holds. just that the RM 3,599 package is Cash & Carry.

i doubt it. before i bought mine (the RM 3,699 one) i actually went to MacAsia and they're still selling it at RM 4,399.

when i asked them (MacAsia) about the RM 3,699 units, the response that i got was that those could be show-units but when it wasnt - it was brand new, still in the box and with full warranty.

even then, AFAIK the MacBook Core Duo versions offers are while stocks last.

you can still check out MacAsia though, in case they've decided to lower the price.

i bought RM 3,699 from that shop opposite Harvey Norman, you know la the one with Gamers.com.my as part of it. this shop allows me to pay using credit card.

the RM 3,599 offer last i saw comes with 512mb thumb drive, optical mouse, keyboard cover BUT on condition you have to cash & carry.

the only Apple Authorized store that do not have service charge on Credit Card purchase is CG Computers
