Well, apparetly the problem is quite common among White DS. Have yet to heard it happen on Black. Not sure about pink. Handling also have a big impact on it. If you handle it roughly, then expect the DS to have bruises. One other thing is this, the DS needs to be wiped regularly. Finger print magnet the machine is.

And there are also the crazy type like andy_lhc which own flashcart. Play flashcart and buy all original game for "display" and "collection" purposes.
