most important for me is the monthly fee they charges, if cheaper, just play Local server will be better

well u get my answer won't be cheaper only that maybe they divided into pay in 1 month no 2 month like international

if Bliz can commit to provide the same support and control quality on local WoW, I will use local.

Else, its the western.

And we already play in US/Oceanic server for 5 month to a year or 2..

Well regardless I prefer grinding honor for HWL gears right now then start all over again. If the fees are the same then kinda pointless to play locally.

the local WOW servers based in Malaysia or somewhere in Asia or still in US? if it's in US, might as well go for the Western Server. No bots, no hackers and whatnot.

Well, depends on how will it be operated. If they allow character transfer and it has cheaper fees, I will move to local. If not, playing on US makes no difference.
