Guys and gals like UW, Tina and others have their own issues, inclusive of bible interpretations, approach to issues and habitual reporting to MOD behind the scene. But, no one is blameless except Jesus. So just cool down.

btw Gibbore

don't you think this cyberdude, sprouting vulgarity and aggression is hardly a trait of a Christian which he claims to be?

don't you find that odd? and yet he has the gumption to tell others off?

Matthew 22:36-40New International Version (NIV)
The Greatest Commandment

36 “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?”

37 Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’[a] 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’[b] 40 All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”

Matthew 28:16-20New International Version (NIV)
The Great Commission

16 Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go. 17 When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted. 18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

You guys ought to be ashamed especially those from pastoral team.

Typical Taliban wannabe.

You seem to like Taliban a lot. Should I call you a Nazis? Don't forget your behavior months ago when UW criticized your revealing dressing.

Yes that is right.

And James also said; For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles at just one point is guilty of breaking all of it. (James 2:10)

This means that you either keep all of it, or you don't. There's no picking and choosing which law you can keep. I say "can" not "want".

Has anyone been honest enough that He is able and can say He love God with all his heart, soul and mind without breaking even once on a daily basis or monthly?

Don't say want to Love God, Don't even say love your enemies, can you even love your neighbour who cuts you in the wrong way?  biggrin.gif

Don't use other scriptures to make excuses for yourself especially you are in a pastoral team.

It is not an excuse.

Do you know the purpose of God's Law?

Do you know why Jesus said..unless your righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees and the teachers of the law, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of heaven?

Do you know the differences between The Laws of OT and Commandments of Jesus? doh.gif

Yes all the Laws of the old testament hangs on these 2 commands of Jesus. He never said you are to break any of it.

Love God with all your heart, soul, mind & strength and love your neighbours as with yourself.

Have you been able to?

Even these 2? Consistently? Perfectly?

Dude, no need to go through all the discussion of salvation to finally your GRACE sermons. You are good at quoting scriptures. That's all. You do not know the scriptures.

Tipuism wrote quite extensively, hope you take the time to read.

But I just want to bring to your attention that you probably don't understand the gravity of the problem of sin.

Have you heard the expression that the world is in such a messed, someone wished there was a reset button, a nuclear bomb that will wipe out this world to start all over again?

Talk about a father who rape his own underage daughter causing their death. Talk about wars that we human waged over various reasons..even for religious one. Talk about all the murders, the killing, the atrocity the greatest evil Man has ever committed. Children dying because of poverty, malnourished, talk about the most critical diseased that has inflicted on Man. Talk about deformity of born babies, etc.

Name whatever evil you've heard of....That is the effect of sin and yes, Sin is really that bad.

You want God to just simply dismiss that just like that? Just because He is an All Forgiving God? You have no idea what you're talking about.

And Yet God does forgive. Why? Because He is all powerful? No. He can forgive because there is a righteous foundation for Him to do that; his own son paid that price by death. Dying on the cross to represent You and I.

You should ask the question does God have to do that for you? Would you send your own son to pay the price for the sins of others? Not in a million years, I don't think you would.

I don't think you can understand the depth of God's Love, why He did that, sending Jesus (Yeshua) to die for anyone willing to believe in Him so that you can be saved.

I seriously don't think you can understand that Love.  smile.gif

for you to conclude that way, i seriously doubt you know the commission given by Jesus. doh.gif

Catholics - 1 book, interpreted by one person ---> conformity
Protestants - 1 book, interpreted by many (the last I checked 30,000 denominations) --> 30,000 different opinions from 30,000 founders of denominations (from Mormons to LUtherans)

within Roman Catholic there are many denominations. It is either they have been "harmonized" in the RCC or "excommunicated". Would do you good to do more research in this area.

Jesus did not come to celebrate those who are regarded as perfect like those who knows scriptures very well and giving tithes religiously expecting returns.

Jesus came to heal those broken heart, those labeled as outcast and those not lovable. He mixed and dined with sinners.

You think you know scriptures very well but you actually do not know scriptures at all as you do not have the love of Christ.

Being able to quote scriptures to win arguments, defend your kingdom in this thread by showing your power or wins glorification from other forumers do not make you a Christian at all. In a similar context, homosexual is a sin but you don't go to hell for being homosexual; likewise, heterosexual does not get you to heaven also.

If you know Christ, you would want to win a soul not an argument. What you are doing is defending personal pride and seeking glorification.

If you are in pastoral team as a career, good for you as mega churches pay well. If you are in ministry to do the works of God, praise the Lord.

Like Blindspot pointed out, you fail to see the man in you.

In any case, I rest my case.

As you wish, I'm double nickers to many other nicks. In fact, I'm Tinarhian who likes "morbid enjoyment in seeing a group "Talibans" slinging mud at each other ... " nod.gif

My other nicks? Blindspot? True-Warriors? Sylar111? Cyber? Tinarhian?

You still don't get it? Do you know why?

You had said what's happening now is spiritual warfare and blah blah blah. But do you know what is spiritual warfare? What you need to do first before going into a spiritual warfare?

Your pride has eaten you alive now as you are not able to see it.

That's because I remembered you have this "prejudice" by saying "I notice that usually, usually those who profess/present themselves to be 'close' to God are the one who are most 'disgraceful' in a sense."

I need to understand you as well.

Look at this whole fiasco.

1. Cyberdude came in here asking Only Christians goes to Heaven?
2. Pehkay tried to answer Him
3. He got upset and started flaming.
4. I tried to help answer
5. He stir the cauldron even more harder.
6. I start deleting his post and reported Him
7. He got even more upset and start to go bonkers.
All that has happened above 1-7 suddenly I'm the bad guy.

How is it that the cyberdude causing problem then you turn the attention to me talking about my pride and ego?

How did it change to that? Eh Bro?  smile.gif

You still failed to see the issue. The best is for your to compare your response to tipuism. I applaud tipuism for this love for Christ and his understanding of scriptures.
