I'm testifying Today.

Dear Friends, We have a Living & Responsive God. Not the Imaginative or fairy tale God as some quarters like to claim.

This God that we serve and worship, responded to my specific predicament.

He spoke through the preaching Pastor mentioning a very specific situation that happened to me & my family early this morning. How is that possible? How would He know?

There are just too many "random" or "coincidences". No, this is not by chance. God knew I needed to hear from Him.

Thank You Father God.

John 4:10 (NIV) - Jesus answered her, "If you knew the gift of God and who it is that asks you for a drink, you would have asked him and he would have given you living water."


Morning Guys,

The Bible says in 2 Corinthians 3:17; where the spirit of God is, there is liberty!

The Key to be delivered from the problem of self occupation (everything about self, me myself and I, selfishness) early in the morning is to wake up, open up the Bible and ask God to reveal who Jesus is, get engrossed with our Lord Jesus Christ! See the beauty of God in Christ. See, apart from Christ, the Self takes over but with God in the centre, Self gets booted out! For example When I drive on the road, all others should make way for ME....you get the idea. The problem with SELF it downplays/Stifle The Power of God's Salvation in our Life.

Some people are reluctant to get engage with God because they think God want to take something from us. (Another form of SELF problem) That we will lose out partly. A very typical thought for example; If I give myself to God, he may ask me to go to Somalia for mission sake and suffer there. The problem with such mindset is the lack of understanding who God is. BUT IF you KNOW who Jesus is, the revelation will revolutionize your LIFE!

Here is one revelation from the story of the Samaritan Woman at the Well, revealing the nature of God. (John 4). This story deals with people who thinks God always demands something and that we will lose out.

Jesus purposely travelled to Sychar, a town in Samaria to find that Woman! . This woman has a shady background. She's living with a Man who is not her husband and had 5 husbands. This samaritan woman went to draw water at the well at Noon Day. Most Women would draw water early in the morning because it's hot at other time. This Samaritan woman most likely wanted to avoid contact with other woman because of her background, most likely to avoid the gossip and the stare.

When She met Jesus, Jesus said something interesting: “Will you give me a drink? Here is God asking from his creation, a drink. Do you think for 1 moment, Jesus really needed her help or resource? This is Jesus Christ who multiplied the 5 loaves and 2 fishes for more than 5000 people, who has the power to turn water to Wine, created the entire Universe and holds all the Planets in it's place.

Do you really think Jesus is that helpless? He could command legions of Angels at his bidding, and call any of them to give him water from the well if He wanted to at any time! Think about it.
But our Lovely Saviour ASKED her instead. There are no insignificant details in the Bible, everything has meaning! What God does here has it's divine purpose and we need to learn and receive the revelation here!

Do you think for 1 moment, Jesus ask this, is for his own benefit? Do you think if you put Christ in the centre of your life, it's for God's Benefit? Do you think God is a demanding God because He likes to demand? Why did Jesus ask her that?

The answer is in John 4:10:

Jesus answered her, "If you knew the gift of God and who it is that asks you for a drink, you would have asked him and he would have given you living water."

If you knew how GRACEFUL I AM (the FREE GIVING GOD, THE GOD WHO IS ALWAYS GIVING!), HOW BOUNTIFUL IS MY GRACE and WHO I AM (IF YOU KNEW THAT FREE GIVING GOD), you would ASKED ME and I WOULD HAVE GIVEN YOU! Hallelujah! If you KNEW GOD, instead of HIM taking from you, you would have ASKED HIM and TAKE FROM HIM!!!

At the end of it all, Jesus said something profound and I want you to meditate what it means. At the end his disciples came back and asked him (Jesus) to eat, Jesus said:

“I have food to eat that you know nothing about.” <---If you understand what this means, it will bless you, oh it will bless you and energize you even!

BTW, the Samaritan Woman got delivered from her SELF occupation (Her conscious awareness of what people think about her)..she didn't cared that much of what people think of her when She excitingly went back to the Town and talk about Christ to everyone! (Immediate Evangelism). How come? Answer is: Because she met Christ and Knew who God is!

I really wonder what's like to witness that scene in real life. The sheer number of amazement and confusion coming from the people's face.

The Samaritan Woman contact with Jesus made her forgot her own shame so to speak, I mean Jesus revealed to her she had 5 husbands and the current one living with her isn't even her husband. Even in today's setting it's kinda scornful shame even for Asian culture. Imagine 2000 years ago.

The Pattern that was set for the Gospel to come. It is not about not being remorseful about sin. It's about seeing the beauty of Jesus that make unclean people, clean and that's the Grace teaches us to repent without the 10 commandments!

Another aspect of this revelation has to do with Tithing. We think God demands to usurp our resource, no but IF we knew WHO God is, how gracious He is, we'll naturally tithe because it's more for our benefit.

Timing it to the end of another free work so I can reach it out to people.

The script itself was finished waaaaaaay back in 2011-2012. Took like half a year for the first draft. Then editing, polish, additional scenes, more polish ect

......

Okay I messed up my timeline. It cannot be earlier than 2010 because I haven't started writing until that year. OOPS okay update since 2010-2011.

Now the whole thing was finished in 2013 then I run into publishing and illustration problems. Malaysia don't have a tax treaty, which means I'll get taxed twice. Not only that, our banks are not recognized at all what the meow.

So for years dumb logistics prevented me from releasing.

At it's base, just an Amazon kindle account and your manuscript. Cover and stuff included of course.

But I tried to find illustrations and an American address. My friend had a company, and I thought that I can ask him to be my distributor.

Well that didn't work out in the end because.... reasons. In the end I'm back to square one.

Because Malaysian banks are not recognized, the only way they can send money is via snail mail cheque. Sigh. Why the heck our banks not recognized I also dunno.
