It tastes like coffee with vanillin. As for Tongkat Ali claim it is more psychological. There are limited supply of real Tongkat Ali. Nowadays, most mixed with other stuff. I could not recall the name

used to like it, now not anymore, the taste diff d..i just drink power root (not cafe one) or long jack..long jack more bitter hence fast awake if u sleepy during driving..power root bit mix sweet n bitter..so ok la if u not really sleepy..but seriously long jack taste gonna stuck at your mouth for some time..
