I find this development by Putrajaya Holdings interesting as location is just beside IOI City Mall despite Putrajaya address - 3 minutes easy drive to IOI city mall, 5 minutes drive to Alamanda - Freehold - 49 units Terrace Lot size of 22x75 (phase 1) - Built-up from 2,079 sq ft to 2,166 sq ft - Price from 838K http://www.malaysiapropertynews.com.my/201...recinct-12-.htm

An alternative to Conezion condo living for those who prefer landed near to IOI city mall. Not too much different in pricing though of course landed is expected to be more expensive.

No government unit for this phase. Usually they will get 25% discount (Petronas 15% discount). But government CSRU units will not get free MOT/lawyers fee like the others.

What amazes me is its close proximity to IOI city mall and the ease of driving. It is just beside Persiaran Utara Putrajaya which is directly connected to the IOI city mall entrance (about only 2 minutes). There is another 4-lane underpass road linking straight to Alamanda about a short 3 minutes drive. This makes the location more premium.

Another feature to note in this development is that the terraces are all in one single row (Not like other terraces where houses are back-to-back). Meaning there are no back-lanes and plenty of greens. Many units will have view of the wetland lakes and some (I think but not very sure) may be able to view the greens and water fountain of IOI golf resort.
