As you can see, the thighs have noticeable bumps because of uneven/thick spraying(on blue colored plastic). The knees have better results so they are smoother. Upper body doesn't require spraying because they're white to begin with

main Barbatos body is exactly same with SD-EX Standard
not really like Barbatos variation so I maybe skip this and go for half price 600yen from SD-EX

P-Bandai prices are going to be the same across the sites. Might be just a little bit cheaper since the shipping will be local, but I wouldn't encourage anyone getting excited about it being super cheap because P-Bandai will at their special prices.
