For motherboard like Asus P5B Deluxe, the mosfet is cooled by a heatsink fin connected to the northbridge. the thermal pad that comes with the board is really dirty and kindda used, so i wonder where can i get a replacement for the thermal pad.
Added on April 6, 2008, 5:50 pmbecause i dont dare to put thermal paste/grease on it, even if it is non conductive, but it's going to be a nightmare to clean should i need to clean it.
Added on April 6, 2008, 5:53 pmand not those sticky type ones

QUOTE(RahXeph0n @ Apr 7 2008, 02:36 AM) You want a non-sticky thermal pad? I've seen some for sale in LYP, at allIT if im not wrong. But i think those are sticky. yeah non sticky ones. cause i dont want to get it stuck there since it's linked to the northbridge.

QUOTE(DaRkSyThE @ Apr 7 2008, 08:00 PM) doubt the heatsink will stick to the MOFSETS if you use thermal paste. plus when you push down the pins, the thermalpaste will ooze out if you apply too much. the oozing is what i'm avoiding, that's why not using thermal paste.
