dude...even AS5 is conductive

any silver based thermal material should be conductive

it's ceramique based paste which is not conductive... like Arctic Ceramique

AS5 needs time to cure down before able to perform to its fullness.

no...wrong concept

u must use pure alcohol or alcohol+water based solvent.

u want to clean the thermal paste, and you wouldn't want to leave any residue on the heatsink base or on the cpu surface
