If you would like to register for E-warranty, kindly email your proof of purchase (receipt/ cash bill) together with following particulars to ewarranty.sme@samsung.com. Our service team will assist to register your product's warranty.

1. Full Name
2. Contact number (house and mobile)
3. Mailing address
4. IMEI number (for mobile device / tablet)
5. Serial number
6. Full model code (you may find it on the serial number sticker, or refer to our support page for related guide)
