My note 5 fingerprint scanner stop working today, when i try to unlock my phone, it say unable to recognize fingerprint. Backup password didn't work too! Try to use google account to unlock it but i off my wifi and data before i go to sleep so it is not possible now... Went to samsung customer service center, closed for CNY.... ;(

Just got a message to update firmware for my note 5, could it be android marshmallow? Updating now... finger crossed.
