Got 2 note 5.. blue and gold.. gold one make me headache.. network drop and freeze.. sent to samsung center for the first time on 18/2 - network drops resolves.. but network freeze still occur.. network will freeze/disconnect during browsing either on phone or usb thetering.. sent to center for the 2nd time on 26/2..

Just now repair center call me...asking what kind of problem and i already explain all the detail to him.. They will try to check it... luckily got 2 note 5.. can compare the behavior between this 2 phone. Last week the aircond guy that service my aircond using note 5 silver colour.. he told me the same problem.. sometime need to off data connection to get the network back.. hmm dunno what to say.. just wait n see..
Still using my old note3 with note5 ported rom.. running good than original note 5 LOL.

Hard for me to to get the report since sent it to collection center only.. they will sent it to SC.. Already describe to the guy at collection center type of problem but when they write in the receipt they just refer description on their service manual. (Refer photo) Luckily SC guy call me at 3.30pm today asking what is the actual problem.. now up to them to test it accordingly. They only update the baseband a.k.a modem.. maybe because of the network problem,
On my phone;
Only single sim used = ok Celcom + maxis = ok Celcom + digi = net drop/lost/disconnect on data sim Digi + digi = net drop/lost/disconnect on data sim
Still testing my phone with new board after twice entering SC.
