I'm trying out the dual sim function on my note5. Cannot understand why I cannot choose which sim to send a sms from. I must have missed something. Help please?

When my note battery reach 9% auto shutdown
after a while it power up again. Use a minute then power cut off Why ah. I just normal user nowadays. No rooting. All stock. All apps from playstore only |
