Tried instaling other keyboard? Swift keyboard is nice

Im having random screen freeze on my note 5.. and i am not sure what made it like that. Any solution?

I tries google keyboard too.. Something not right with google keyboard on note 5. But swift is fine

did u try to do a factory reset with a cache wipe?

I think it is some app update or bug from the last update..

Sometimes this phone won't connect back to 4G and keep no data connection. I really it when it does that! After restart then it's back to normal.

i think that is very common for note 5, everything related to antenna will cause problem, i have drop call everyday

For now use only single sim on note 5.. should be no problem.. when use dual sim sure got this issue..
1.net disconnect/freeze/drop call
2.freeze on lock screen sometimes
3.speedtest 1/2 than actual speed

Hope samsung will fix it soon.. N5 lost ability to function properly on dual sim..

Those facing drop calls on their phone should seriously sent their phones in to service center
It is not any phone characteristic to behave like that

how about if using celcom or maxis?

experience this a few times also. i dont remember having this much drop calls on maxis. so i guess u get wat u pay for in the end. btw, i change my data to H+ now to avoid all this weird data freeze issue from digi 4G

Aiyo, perhaps I better stick to Maxis postpaid for my wife's Note 5. So far zero complaints from her other than low quota (1GB only) on her RM98 one plan.

Was tempted to move her to Digi postpaid RM78 (7GB data yo!) but I think I'd rather have her unhappy about quota limit than unstable network issues on her phone.

actually the 4G signal is strong. not like it doesnt hav signal. Just tht its slow to establish connection everytime when it tries to connect? I duno la wat is their tower problem. Its like they close the connection when we not using it.

I am OCD also, ha ha.. But my KPI for the missus is 4G network performance and stability (in Penang island) not so much on telco price vs data allocation.

Waah, that's quite a hefty $$. But if N5 has this issue for you, the risk would be high for S7E too, no? Same brand, similar build/form factor.

Personally speaking, both my wife and myself have no noticeable network issues with Maxis so far (single sim users).

better just change to celcom n wait for note6

my note 5 was freezing everytime I unlock my phone for the past few days.
Then I found out that it was the S Health app!
I uninstalled the updates and my phone is back to normal!

hi guys, i have problem with mobile data connection for my note 5. I'm using digi network. The signal will show 4g but no way i can connect to the internet. i've changed to a new sim..even changed a new phone unit, but the problem still persists. Anyone experiencing this frustration issue? I really dont know if this is a mobile network problem @ the phone unit problem. Anyone can help me..
