It can be a good buy, if you are willing to try bottom-fishing & are confident that share price will bounce back in 2 years.

But I think it would be better to hold first. USA punya telcos like Verizon, SG punya Singtel & our own telcos aren't looking rosy. Perhaps with incoming 5G, more capex is needed to build new infrastructure. Not sure how long it would take before the telcos bounce back.
