never ever cut loss based on paper loss. That's not the way of proper cut loss.

I see people always set drop how many % then cut loss. I laughed. 

If 25% out of 5-10k is still ok
but if youre new, dont play high PE stock or goreng stock
start with those reasonable ROE & high div. pay out counter.. get some feeling first.. trading is not for everyone
