Recently I encounter with diveden payout problem, after check out with remiss. She told me I buy at ex date so not qualify. Then this thing happens again after no diveden payout for ekovest and takaful. So check on my transaction history, no record found on these diveden share, other counter have. Recently sdred have history but dated at 16 January which is on ex dated. Problem is sdred on that day trading between low 0.9 and high 0.96 but transaction stated I buy at 1.19 which is not possible to happen. So really need someone help on what action can be take.
