I'm using both Maybank and Rakuten. How did he know those 1 lot buyers are from Rakuten though?

Anyone has any idea what are the charges for Maybank IB on odd lots? Problem is that to make it a board lot, it's < 100 units. Stocks under RM1, if being charged high fee, would be pointless. Same goes for selling...unless the fee is strictly on percentage basis, instead of having a minimum fee

I have a direct account with Maybank, and would like to open another direct account. With the pandemic now, is there any IB that can do online application? Email also ok, as long as I do not have to submit the forms in person.
