not sure if this is good place to ask. let's say a share close at 1.00 yesterday. this morning right b4 the stock open at 9am, got buy queue 100 lot for 1.1 then got sell queue 100 lot at 0.9. so how it going to match?

any thought on this Ekovest share? it drop due to the intention of company to acquire IWC. but seems this merger not going to materialize. so if it confirm not going to merge, the share price will restore back to above 1?
