1. brokerage fees.

2. contract stamp fee (some counters waived by gomen).

3.  clearing fees.

4.  sales tax.

2, 3, 4 are std, no escape, must pay.

1. it can be 0.3%, 0.1%, 0.09%, 0.08%, 0.05%... dunno if there is 0.03 or 0,02%.

they all come with diff terms and conditions incl min, cash amt, collateralization, leverage. bonus perks, etc.

if u r fed up with what u have now, go talk to the major banks... maybank, cimb, hlb, pbb, rhb.
