A few questions that will help you to track your dividends.....

Did you previously provide a specific a/c number to which your dividends are to be credited? If so, the dividends should be have been credited there.

Did you provide an email address to which information should be sent when you receive dividends? You can check there as well as the dividend statement will be sent there.

Did you sell the shares after announcement but before ex-div date? You'll have to hold until after ex-div date to get the dividends. And the dividends won't immediately bank in. There's a payment date as well.

They will send email to u notifying the payment. Then follow with a hardcopy receipt
